Where We Ship
Ctrl Alt Tee currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada only. We're not able to fulfill orders to any other country at this time.
Order Processing Time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times can run a little longer during high-volume periods (holidays, big sale launches, etc.) — we'll do our best to keep things moving quickly regardless.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves production, estimated transit times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 6–10 business days
These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners, not guarantees. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canadian Orders)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at info@ctrlalttee.store within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one design or product, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages, since they may be produced by different fulfillment partners.
